Please answer the following questions:

How is the AMP scheme currently helping you with your university lifestyle?

What is your favourite activity you have or are taking part in so far in this scheme?

What has been your least favourite task during this scheme?

How has the partnership compared with your expectations of this scheme?

How do you think this scheme could be improved?

Would you recommend this scheme to your other peers?

What has your mentee/mentor been doing especially well?

Have you encountered any difficulties in the partnership to your mentor/mentee?

Any further comments….
This kind of thing could be used for a mid-term evaluation for the mentoring project. Mentors and mentees could fill this worksheet inside an organised workshop. The workshop would probably be made at the half-way point of the year in which members of the project will all attend. Doing this we can discuss ideas for room for improvement in the project and see whats working and whats not. To ensure development and constant improvement to sustain the project and keep it going. As for numerical statistics I think it would be a good idea if we used an evaluation sheet similar to the North-West Missouri one where numbers are used to rate the scheme and the mentors involved.
