Would it be possible for you to create a doodle poll which has time slots in also? As somedays, like a wednesday I am pretty sure Jamie and I, are only in till 1 and we could always meet in the afternoons. This applies to other days also.
I have a rough draft of our timetable, however it isn't set in stone.
