HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope you had a good Christmas break…is that what they call the “Holiday Season” in America? Haha, I love how our language is the same; same but different. I had a great festive season and ate so much good food!
Thanks for your feedback and suggestions. As I think I mentioned in our last correspondence there are going to be a couple of meetings in the coming weeks and the call for applications will be going out. I will raise the points you made at the meetings and I’ll try and type up some minutes/notes from the meetings rapidly after so I can keep you up to speed with the developments over here. We are having a meeting on the 6th January to discuss content for the website, so this could include training materials, an evaluation strategy, tips etc. Then there is a meeting on the 9th January to talk about how to advertise the scheme, how to call for applications, how to select successful applications on so on. I think the date that has been forward for the launch of the scheme is the 16th January but I may be wrong on that…either way watch this space.
