I had a great New Years and yes we call it the Holiday season here in the states! I hope you had a great new years and it sound like you are already hard at work. I'm still on break until Monday, so I'm trying to enjoy the last bit of break!

As far as acronymns, I really like MESS. We actually have a position at Northwest called ARC. For us, it stands for Academic Resource Consultant. I don't think that it would work for you. I'll keep thinking and I'll let you know. I did have one and hopefully it will make you laugh: Peer Mentoring Service or PMS. Haha.

I'll keep brainstorming and get back to you and I'll try to watch this space closely.
